Driven by decades of research and advanced composite material engineering.
Hand Protection Manufacturing

We combine fibers that are traditionally considered incompatible: natural cotton and wool, elastic spandex, and high-performance synthetics such as Arcelon, Para-Aramid (Kevlar analogs), Fiberglass, and others. Even a minor addition of these fibers fundamentally transforms the material, making it virtually invulnerable to abrasion and tearing.
By utilizing 6 to 11 yarns simultaneously in our knitting process, we ensure that the gloves do not fail along stress lines. This multi-thread architecture results in a manifold increase in wear resistance.

We have integrated architectural reliability principles into textile manufacturing. Much like steel rebar reinforces a concrete mass, our gloves feature an internal framework made of ultra-high-strength Fiberglass and Para-Aramid yarns. This allows us to combine the seemingly incompatible: superior tactile comfort and extreme cut resistance.
Our multi-layered composite structure and increased knitting density (up to 7500 DEN) create a physical barrier that is virtually impossible to penetrate with standard tools. Where a conventional glove fails and tears, ours remains intact. Our structural strength is several times higher than any standard market alternatives.
.

Our composite material is engineered using non-wetting fibers. Based on the "Nautical Knot" principle, our unique knit structure creates a physical barrier that breaks apart water droplets upon contact.
By integrating hydrophobic composite yarns, our gloves effectively repel moisture and splashes without sacrificing breathability. Whether you are handling wet cables, icy metal, or working in light rain, your hands remain dry. Unlike standard knitwear, our gloves do not become heavy with water or lose their structural integrity when exposed to moisture.

Standard gloves often fail because the force of an impact or mechanical stress is concentrated in a single point. Our patented composite technology works differently: it redistributes energy across the entire surface of the glove.
By utilizing fibers with varying levels of elasticity and tensile strength, we have achieved a synergistic effect. When subjected to extreme pressure or mechanical friction, the load is dynamically dissipated throughout the multi-layered structure. This "shock-absorbing" effect significantly reduces the risk of material failure, providing a level of durability that far exceeds conventional industrial standards.
Our products are built upon the patented EP3563704 technology, developed at our own manufacturing facility in Varna, Bulgaria. We have redefined the industry standard by moving away from conventional knitwear in favor of multi-layered composite structures. Our philosophy is rooted in core engineering principles:
Composite Synthesis Technology
"AquaStop" Barrier Synthesis
Structural Reinforcement
Dynamic Energy Distribution
Unlike most manufacturers, we are transparent about our technical specifications: we disclose the actual weight per pair (90g to 135g) and material density (500-675 TEX), reaching up to 7500 DEN. By utilizing para-aramid and meta-aramid analogs, we ensure our gloves last 3 to 5 times longer than standard knitwear. This is more than just protective gear; it is a product of molecular engineering, designed for the harshest environments—from heavy metalworking to emergency and rescue operations.
To eliminate the inefficiency of disposable PPE by introducing durable Armored Knitwear that ensures wearer comfort and delivers significant long-term savings.
To redefine protective standards through European innovation, empowering workers with tools that guarantee safety without compromising performance.
European Patent for Invention: “KNITTED GLOVE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME” EP3563704.
The EP3563704 technology is a proprietary method for creating unique composite-knit textiles. Each product is a complex engineering system where synthetic and natural fibers work in unison to dampen external energy and dynamically distribute impact loads across the entire surface. This prevents localized failure while maintaining superior ergonomics and wearer comfort.
With a knitting density of up to 7,500 DEN, the protective lifespan is increased fivefold, ensuring exceptional wear resistance during extreme operations.
Based on the EP3563704 patent, we can develop custom protection systems for any part of the body. Our composite knitting method allows us to manufacture bespoke hats, balaclavas, socks (knee-highs), and limb protection elements tailored to your specific strength and density requirements.

Product colors may vary from the images shown below. The final color is determined by the specific yarns used during the manufacturing process. For orders exceeding 1,000 pairs, custom colors may be specified under the terms of the supply agreement.

Customer Testimonials
"I build log cabins and sheds for a living. Before, my gloves would be trashed in a day or two, but these have been holding up for two weeks now! No splinters getting through, the wood doesn't slip in my hands, and I have a great grip on staples and nails even when the rain is pouring down. Top-tier gear!"

Evgeni Vlahov,
Professional Carpenter
"I use AQUASTOP at sea. I was impressed by how my hands stay warm and dry, even when the gloves get wet on the outside. They are comfortable and, most importantly, very warm."

Alexandra Timchenko, Managing Partner of a Yacht Club
"I work in construction, and I’ve only gone through 3 pairs the entire season. A single pair lasts me 3 to 4 weeks of heavy-duty work with rebar, shovels, axes, and concrete. After washing, they’re like new—no shrinkage, and the protection remains solid. This is real cost-efficiency in the field!"
